Am I billed monthly or annually, and is it crypto-only, fiat, or both?

Legacy is free to use and you don’t need to subscribe to the paid plan.

The only paid part is the Protection plan to protect your digital assets. If something happens to you and you are subscribed to the protection plan, your assets can be recovered by your Beneficiary.

Can I cancel or downgrade my subscription anytime and what happens to my crypto and my beneficiary agreement if I do?

Your Legacy subscription depends on your portfolio size. If you wish to cancel the subscription, you can do so in Settings -> Manage Subscription.

You can still use the features of Legacy without the subscription, but your assets won’t be recovered to your Beneficiary if something happens to you.

Is there a free tier or trial period, and what happens to my access if I don’t upgrade?

You start your Protection Plan with a $1 30-day trial. After the $1 trial period, we’ve introduced new lower-tier plans, so your pricing will be based on your protected assets value.

Can I export my account data, transaction history, and beneficiary settings at any time?

Your Legacy wallet lives on the blockchain so everything is accessible on a blockchain explorer.

You can see your transaction history by going to “History” in the menu or entering your Legacy wallet address on any blockchain explorer like https://etherscan.io/
